Industrial Igualadina, S.L. offers its clients of bathing, fleshed, splitted, pickled, tannage and sammed services.

With regards to unhaired working, IISL has just started using HÜNI, an automatic dosage system, in order to provide the appropriate measure of products and assure the high quality level required by our clients. We were one of the first companies in setting up new clean technologies in order to recover 100% of the animal hair. In our mechanical section, our workers are especially trained in the correct use of the machines and in the procedures that the law imposes upon us. The proper maintenance of our machines and a continuous training of our personnel allow us to obtain leather with a high quality. In the wett-blue section, we conduct a constant research in order to  reduce the environmental impact typical of these processes. In fact, the sostainibility in the bathing process is fundamental  in our mid-long-term strategy. Since we are aware of the bad publicity our sector has, we make a daily effort in order to get it better by adopting several measures such as minimizing waste at he source, management of containers, recycling of carnazas, , recirculation of bath of chrome, separation of salt at the source and so on.

Our future goals are obviously to reach a high level of quality in our bathing processes with a competitive price and with a low environmental impact. In this context, we are expanding our operations abroad through international sale network in order to offer our services at a global level.

IISL is actively involved in the project of the future sewage treatment plant of "Gremi de Curtidors d'Igualada", supporting and promoting  its construction.
